The Project Manager will take on the management of live music talent booking opportunities and/or concert/tour performances, as further detailed below, with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, advancing, management and execution of various projects at a regional, national, and international level, keeping the projects moving smoothly from beginning to end. This role will need to possess the ability to prioritize assignments/pending items, based on analysis of strategic importance, outstanding tasks, challenges, budgets, resources and deadlines.

EXPERENTIAL MARKETING PM (BILINGUAL)

With this position being centered in the “Foodie Mecca” of Chicago – West Loop, the Experiential Marketing Project Manager will spearhead and execute events within our Experiential Marketing Department. MARKETING EVENT CORDINATOR (PROJECT BASED)

As the Marketing Event Coordinator you will coordinate approximately three to four events throughout the year for CMN x Grand Old Parr Scotch in New York City! You will be coordinating the events’ logisitics, which include: planning, maintaining inventory of assets, storage of shipments and deliveries, vendor recommendations, and serve as the liason for CMN, Old Parr and the venues. If you are an energetic, go-getter, looking to gain some more experience in experiential marketing, then this is the role for you. 

MEDIA BUYER – TRADITIONAL

The Media Buyer will take on the management of marketing campaigns for live music projects, as further detailed below, with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope. The Media Buyer will be responsible for the overall planning, management, and execution of various campaigns, keeping the projects moving smoothly from beginning to end.
