Q: When will I receive information on the schedule for the VIP program?

A: You will receive an email from (vipguestservices@cmnevents.com) 5 to 7 days before the show date outlining all the information you need. If you still have not received the email within 48 hours of the show, please reach out to vipguestservices@cmnevents.com.

 

Q: Can I purchase a VIP package at the Box Office?

A: No, VIP Packages must be purchased in advance online.

 

Q: Can I purchase a VIP package over the phone?

A: No, VIP Packages must be purchased in advance online.

 

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement to purchase this package?

A: Most concerts are open to patrons of all ages. However, the age policy can vary with each venue. We suggest checking the venue website for more specific information regarding the event.

 

Q: Will I still be able to redeem my VIP merchandise if I miss VIP check-in?

A: All VIP merchandise must be redeemed on-site at VIP check-in. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship out VIP items after the show. 

 

Q: If I already purchased a regular VIP ticket, can I upgrade to a VIP package?

A: This is dependent on availability, venue, date, etc. Please reach out to our Guest Services team to discuss your options. 

 

Q: How do I receive my laminate or merchandise gift?  

A: Laminates and merchandise gifts will be given at VIP check in. 

 

Q: How do I receive my drink ticket(s)? 

A: Drink tickets will be given at VIP check in. 

 

Q: Is parking included?

A: No, unfortunately parking is not included as part of your VIP package. 

 

Q: What is an onsite host?

A: Our onsite host is an extension of our Guest Services team which will be available for any questions or concerns you might have the day of the show. 

 

Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?

A: All packages are non-refundable therefore purchase is final.
