Ana Gabriel
Ana Gabriel, born María Guadalupe Araujo Yong in Sinaloa, Mexico (1955), is a legendary Mexican singer-songwriter known as “La Diva de América” and “La Luna de América.” With over 40 million records sold, she is the best-selling female Mexican artist and one of the top-selling Latin music artists ever. Over her 50-year career, she has performed Latin pop, romantic ballads, and rancheras.
She has released over 20 studio albums and earned numerous accolades, including Billboard’s recognition as one of the greatest Latin artists of all time, a Grammy nomination, multiple Latin Grammy and Billboard Latin Music Award nominations, 13 Premio Lo Nuestro awards, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and induction into the Latin Songwriters Hall of Fame.
